Abstract
The etiologies of opsoclonus-myoclonus syndrome include paraneoplastic, parainfectious, toxic, metabolic, or idiopathic causes. The immature ovarian teratoma has been reported in several cases of paraneoplastic opsoclonus-myoclonus. In some report, however, the opsoclonus is observed even at the mature ovarian teratoma. We report a 22-years old woman which had presented the opsoclonus-myoclonus syndrome with mature ovarian teratoma.
